there is nothing else to be said.
blue is the color and i feel a victory coming.
i unbutton my pants and sling them from the doorway.
i open the window and lick the air clean.
you are loud but i hit your voice out of the park.
i run around the block faster than the dogs.
i can shrug my shoulders and they will not stick to the sky.
when i walk by your children,
they will wink at me and point the way.
i will write the words
and they will never rest.

when you open the door,
the blue will be bright.
you will cover your eyes and
see everything:
the race is not over yet.
